Customer satisfaction with their new home is of paramount importance to Linfoot Homes and we work hard to provide a quality service to our customers both before and after handover. Some of the key features of our service are as follows:
- Customers have access to a key decision maker at any time during the purchasing process and after completion to discuss any matters of concern to them.
- Subject to a house being reserved at an early stage in the building works we are happy to try to accommodate purchasers’ internal amendments and allow a choice of fittings and finishes.
- Directors of the company carry out regular inspections of each property throughout the construction process to ensure that our high build standards are always maintained.
- A pre-handover Inspection is carried out by a Director in addition to the Site Manager’s own inspection.
- Each purchaser has an accompanied pre-handover inspection at which they can raise any snagging issues.
- Each purchaser is provided on completion with a comprehensive Home Owner Information Pack.
- Six months after completion, a snagging inspection is carried out to identify and rectify any issues which have arisen since completion.
- We will respond quickly to any issues which may from time to time arise after completion.
- Linfoot Homes employs considerate and helpful site staff who will ensure that the minimum of disruption is caused to customers who move into their new home before a development is completed.
